Scope of service

  • Counselling services are provided by a pre‑licensed counsellor under supervision

  • Services are not a substitute for emergency or crisis care

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to support safe and effective care

  • Arrive on time and communicate changes as early as possible

Intellectual property

  • Site content, copy, images, and materials are the property of Cule Counselling unless otherwise noted. Please do not reproduce without permission

No guarantee of outcomes

  • Counselling is collaborative. We cannot guarantee specific results, but we will work with you to set goals and review progress

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada

Booking and Cancellations

We aim to make scheduling clear and flexible while respecting everyone’s time.

Booking

  • Book online via our links

  • You’ll receive confirmation and reminders from our booking platforms

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

  • Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee

  • No‑shows are charged the full session fee

Late arrivals

  • If you’re late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. Full fees may apply

Sliding scale and fees

  • Limited sliding‑scale spots are available. Please ask during the consult

  • We’ll confirm current fees during your consult

Insurance and receipts

  • Many plans offer coverage for counselling. We provide receipts for reimbursement. Please check your plan’s eligibility
